The Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization of the office and showroom, supporting administrative staff with daily tasks, assisting in the movement of documents and materials, and ensuring a welcoming environment for employees and customers. In a jewelry business, the role also requires discretion, reliability, and adherence to security procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness of the office, showroom, pantry, and common areas.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.

Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and bank-related items as instructed.

Support staff with office setup, meeting arrangements, and daily operational tasks.

Monitor and replenish pantry, cleaning, and office supplies.

Assist in receiving and organizing deliveries and inventory items.

Follow company security protocols while handling confidential documents and working within the jewelry showroom.

Report maintenance issues and coordinate with vendors when required.

Perform other administrative support duties assigned by management.
