Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations. The candidate should be willing to travel between locations for official work, assist in office maintenance, collect invoices/documents, and handle general office support activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Travel to different locations for official office-related work.

• Collect invoices, documents, and materials from vendors, clients, or other office locations.

• Assist in purchasing and collecting products/materials from store locations as required.

• Handle photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing of documents.

• Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office materials.

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of office areas.

• Assist in arranging office supplies and stationery.

• Coordinate with vendors or service providers for office requirements.

• Perform any other office assistance duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: SSLC / PUC / Any Degree.

• 0–2 years of experience in office assistance or field work preferred.

• Willingness to travel between locations for official work.

• Basic knowledge of office activities and document handling.

• Should have a two-wheeler/bike with valid driving license (preferred).

• Good communication and responsible attitude.
