Position: Office Boy

Department: Administration

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain overall cleanliness of the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry area.

Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.

Handle routine office tasks such as filing, photocopying, scanning, and delivering documents.

Assist in managing office supplies and ensure timely replenishment of pantry and stationery items.

Support administrative staff in daily activities and carry out instructions as assigned.

Receive and distribute couriers, packages, and official documents.

Help maintain orderliness in the reception and common areas.

Assist in setup for meetings, arranging chairs, water, notepads, and other required items.

Run small errands outside the office when necessary.

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 8th/10th pass (or as per company requirement).

Basic communication skills.

Honest, punctual, and well-behaved.

Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.

Work Environment:

Full-time, on-site role.

May require occasional extended hours depending on office requirements.
