Key Responsibilities:
Handle Personal Task for doctor as and when needed.
Maintain cleanliness of the office, including workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and restrooms.
Serve refreshments to visitors, guests, and employees as needed.
Handle outdoor tasks such as going to the bank, post office, or delivering documents.
Carrying Machines, Surgical Instruments n kits to Various Hospitals.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and other clerical tasks.
Manage inventory of pantry supplies and office consumables, ensuring they are well-stocked.
Handle courier responsibilities (incoming and outgoing).
Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings.
Ensure hygiene and safety practices are maintained in office premises.
Requirements:
Proven experience as an office boy or similar role preferred.
Basic reading and writing skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Polite, respectful, trustworthy, and well-groomed.
Physical stamina and willingness to perform cleaning tasks.
Basic communication skills in [local language and/or English, as required].
