1. Basic Housekeeping & Maintenance

• Cleaning and dusting office areas

• Maintaining cleanliness of pantry, washrooms, and common areas

• Ensuring cleanliness of desks, chairs, and windows

2. Serving & Hospitality

• Preparing and serving tea/coffee/water to staff and guests

• Managing pantry supplies and utensils

• Assisting during meetings with refreshments

3. Delivery & Errand Tasks

• Going to banks, post offices, courier services, etc.

• Handling pick-up and drop of documents or parcels

• Getting items from nearby shops if required

4. Office Assistance

• Helping in photocopying, scanning, and filing

• Shifting office furniture or supplies when needed

• Assisting staff with basic support tasks

5. Communication & Behavior

• Polite and respectful behavior

• Following instructions properly

• Maintaining confidentiality when handling documents

6. Time Management & Discipline

• Reporting to work on time

• Completing assigned tasks efficiently

• Wearing proper uniform (if required)

Optional but Beneficial Skills

• Basic reading/writing in English or local language [ Marathi & Hindi]

• Knowledge of operating a basic smartphone

• Experience in similar roles in offices, banks, Outdoor Work

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
