Office Boy

·       Preparing and serving tea, coffee, or snacks to the office team and guests.

·       Opening and closing office premises, ensuring lights, air conditioning, and electronics are properly secured at the beginning and end of the day.

·       Assisting in setting up furniture or equipment for corporate events and office functionsD

·       Delivering important documents to local clients, vendors, or government offices.

·       Organizing the office storeroom to ensure materials for different exhibitions do not get mixed up.

·       Making bank deposits or purchasing essential office supplies and groceries when needed.

·       Preparing and serving refreshments (like tea, coffee, and water) to staff and visiting clients.

·       Packing, labeling, and loading exhibition materials, brochures, banners, and standees onto delivery vehicles.

·       Traveling to exhibition venues to deliver essential supplies, promotional kits, and office stationery to the team.

·       This dual role requires packing materials, transporting supplies to event halls, and assisting with booth setups during busy exhibition cycles.

·       Packing, labeling, and loading exhibition materials, brochures, banners, and standees onto delivery vehicles.
