Maintain cleanliness of the office premises including desks, cabins, pantry, washrooms, and common areas
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors
Ensure pantry supplies (tea, coffee, sugar, cups, etc.) are well stocked
Handle basic office support tasks such as photocopying, filing, and document movement
Assist with office setup for meetings and events
Collect and distribute couriers, documents, and parcels
Ensure proper care and handling of office furniture, equipment, and assets
Dispose of waste properly and follow hygiene standards
Support administrative staff with day-to-day office needs
Perform any other duties assigned by management related to office maintenance
