Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary:

The Office Boy is responsible for supporting daily office operations by performing routine clerical and support tasks. The role ensures cleanliness, smooth movement of files, and assistance to staff members as required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Keep the office clean and well-organized (desk areas, pantry, meeting rooms).

• Serve tea/coffee and water to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents.

• Deliver and collect files, documents, and parcels within and outside the office.

• Assist in setting up meeting rooms.

• Support office staff with basic administrative tasks.

• Open and close the office as per instructions.

• Purchase office supplies when required.

• Follow office rules, safety, and hygiene standards.

Requirements & Skills:

• Minimum qualification: 8th / 10th pass.

• Ability to follow instructions and work responsibly.

• Basic understanding of office work.

• Honest, punctual, and hardworking.

• Good communication and polite behavior.

• Physically fit to handle routine tasks.

Experience:

• Freshers can apply / 0–3 years of experience preferred.

Work Timings:

• As per company policy.
