Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the office premises
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, and document delivery
Assist with opening and closing the office
Distribute incoming mail and collect outgoing documents
Support staff with basic administrative tasks when required
Ensure pantry and office supplies are stocked and organized
Run local errands such as bank visits, courier services, or vendor coordination
Report any maintenance or repair needs to management
Minimum education: 10th pass (or equivalent)
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Basic understanding of office routines
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Honest, punctual, and hardworking
Physically fit to perform office duties
