Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness of the office, reception area, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
Ensure pantry supplies are always stocked and organized.
Handle office cleaning and dusting on a daily basis.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery within the office.
Purchase office and pantry supplies as required.
Receive and distribute courier parcels and deliveries.
Dispose of office waste and keep the premises neat and hygienic.
Support office staff with day-to-day administrative tasks.
Open and close the office as instructed by management.
Follow office hygiene, safety, and discipline policies
