Key Responsibilities:
Support daily operations by maintaining office cleanliness, assisting staff with administrative tasks, managing pantry services and running errands.
Key duties include cleaning workplace & restrooms, serving beverages, photocopying/filling documents and managing stationery supplies.
This role ensure a productive, organized environment.

• Office Maintenance: Daily cleaning of workstations, meeting rooms, and restrooms; mopping, dusting, and organizing the pantry.

• Hospitality Services: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Clerical Assistance: Photocopying, scanning, filing, and scanning documents.

• Errands and Mail: Running outdoor errands, collecting/distributing handling courier packages.

• Inventory Management: Monitoring and replenishing office supplies, such as stationery, cleaning materials, and pantry items.

• Equipment Care: Ensuring office machines (printers, water dispensers) are functional and coordinating repairs.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
