Job Summary

The Office Boy is responsible for assisting in day-to-day office operations by maintaining cleanliness, handling basic errands, supporting staff, and ensuring a smooth working environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises.

• Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle office errands such as photocopying, filing, scanning, and document delivery.

• Assist in arranging meetings and setting up conference rooms.

• Manage incoming and outgoing couriers and parcels.

• Support administrative staff with basic tasks as assigned.

• Monitor and replenish office supplies (stationery, pantry items).

• Open and close office premises as per office timings.

• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards.

Skills & Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th pass.

• Basic understanding of office discipline and hygiene.

• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Polite, punctual, and well-mannered.

• Physically fit to handle routine office tasks.

• Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.

Working Hours

• Timing: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: ₹14000-18000 per month
