Key Responsibilities:
Perform daily brooming, sweeping, and mopping of the office premises.
Carry out dusting of workstations, furniture, and common office areas.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required.
Ensure the office pantry is clean, organized, and well-stocked.
Handle basic office errands and support administrative tasks as assigned.
Maintain cleanliness of meeting rooms before and after use.
Dispose of waste and manage cleanliness around the office premises.
Assist with courier handling, document collection, and delivery tasks.
Drive for office-related work when required.
Requirements:
Should know driving (two-wheeler/four-wheeler as needed).
Must have own vehicle (fuel/allowance as per company policy).
Basic understanding of cleanliness and hygiene practices.
Polite, responsible, punctual, and hardworking.
Ability to follow instructions and handle multiple tasks.
Preferred:
Prior experience as an Office Boy or housekeeping staff.
