Key Responsibilities
Pantry & Refreshment Services
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and drinking water to employees and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pantry area.
Ensure availability of tea, coffee, sugar, milk, and other pantry items.
Housekeeping Duties
Clean and maintain office premises, workstations, meeting rooms, pantry, and washrooms.
Dust furniture, clean floors, and dispose of waste regularly.
Ensure office cleanliness standards are maintained throughout the day.
Office Support
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents when required.
Handle office errands and support administrative activities.
Receive and assist visitors courteously.
Maintain cleanliness and arrangement of office supplies and common areas.
