Office Boy

We are looking for an Office Boy to join our team at Kraftors Web Solutions Pvt. Ltd.

We are looking for an Office Boy to assist with daily office operations and ensure smooth workflow. The key responsibilities include maintaining office cleanliness, handling documents, and supporting staff with basic tasks. The position offers an in-hand salary of ₹8,000-10,000.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms

• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors as required

• Handle and distribute office documents, files, and couriers

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing of documents

• Manage office supplies and pantry items, ensuring timely replenishment

• Support staff with day-to-day tasks and errands

• Assist in opening and closing office premises as required

• Maintain proper organization of office materials and records

• Run basic office errands such as banking, purchasing small items, etc.

• Ensure overall cleanliness and smooth functioning of office operations

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 0 - 1 years of experience.
