Job Summary

Kartavya Healtheon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an energetic, reliable, and organized Office Boy to manage daily administrative support tasks, maintain general cleanliness, and assist with basic computer-based entry work.

Key Responsibilities

• Computer & Administrative Work:

• Perform basic data entry, update simple daily log sheets (Excel/Word), and manage digital files.

• Print, scan, copy, and organize physical documents and files.

• Assist in sending basic emails and tracking office inventory digitally.

• Office Maintenance & Upkeep:

• Ensure the office premise, desks, and meeting rooms are clean, well-organized, and maintained.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff, management, and visiting guests.

• Manage kitchen/pantry inventory and order office/pantry supplies as needed.

• Support & Field Duties:

• Assist in filing, sorting incoming/outgoing mail, and couriers.

• Handle occasional outdoor tasks like local bank visits, document delivery, or local market purchases.

• Operate standard office equipment like printers, scanners, and laminators.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Age: Maximum 30 years old.

• Education: Minimum High School (10th or 12th Pass).

• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computers (MS Word, MS Excel, internet browsing, and emailing).

• Experience: 1–3 years of prior experience as an Office Boy, Attendant, or Admin Assistant.

• Key Traits: Punctual, respectful, proactive, and presentable with good communication skills.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
