Key responsibilities include maintaining hygiene, serving beverages, handling documents, managing supplies, and assisting visitors, requiring a reliable and organized individual. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Office Maintenance: Keeping the office, pantry, and restrooms clean, tidy, and organized.

• Refreshments: Preparing and serving tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.

• Supply Management: Monitoring and restocking office supplies, stationery, and pantry items.

• Errands: Running errands, such as purchasing supplies or delivering documents.

• Visitor Assistance: Greeting and directing visitors, and answering basic queries.

• Meeting Support: Setting up meeting rooms and ensuring they are ready for use.

• Education: Any

• Attributes: Punctual, trustworthy, neat, proactive, and able to work independently.
