Responsibilities
Maintain office cleanliness, neatness, and general upkeep.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to management, staff, and visitors.
Handle bank work, courier services, document collection, payments, and other office errands.
Assist with purchasing office supplies and other routine tasks.
Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.
Keep meeting rooms and common areas clean and organized.
Follow management instructions and complete assigned tasks promptly.
Must be polite, trustworthy, presentable, punctual, and responsible.
Must know how to ride a two-wheeler and hold a valid two-wheeler driving license.
No specific educational qualification required.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Previous experience as an Office Peon, Office Boy, or Office Assistant will be an advantage.
Basic reading and writing skills preferred.
