Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Assistant to support day-to-day operations in our financial planning office. The candidate should be able to read and write, handle both indoor and outdoor tasks efficiently, and assist in maintaining smooth office functioning.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Maintenance & Support
Ensure cleanliness and organization of the office premises
Serve water/tea/coffee to clients and staff
Handle basic office errands and support staff as required
2. Outdoor Work
Visit banks, courier offices, insurance companies, and other institutions as needed
Submit and collect documents, cheques, and forms
Handle courier dispatch and pickups
3. Indoor Work
Assist in filing, scanning, and organizing documents
Maintain records and basic registers
Support in photocopying, printing, and document preparation
4. Client Assistance
Greet clients and guide them appropriately
Assist in managing basic client documentation and coordination
Requirements:
Minimum basic education (should be able to read & write)
Prior experience in a similar role preferred (but not mandatory)
Honest, punctual, and responsible
Ability to handle both indoor and outdoor tasks
Basic understanding of office work and document handling
Skills:
Good communication (basic Hindi/English/Marathi preferred)
Time management and reliability
Willingness to learn and take initiative
