Job Summary:
The Peon / Office Attendant is responsible for supporting the smooth functioning of the office by performing routine administrative and housekeeping tasks. The role includes handling office errands, maintaining cleanliness, assisting staff with basic tasks, and ensuring documents and materials are delivered within the office.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver files, documents, and messages between departments or offices.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises.
Serve tea, water, or refreshments to staff and visitors when required.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic office work.
Support administrative staff in day-to-day office activities.
Required Qualifications
Minimum 8th or 10th pass (depending on organization requirement).
Basic understanding of office procedures.

Experience
