Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, document filing, and basic office errands.
Assist in loading/unloading office materials when required.
Manage pantry supplies and inform the admin team about replenishment needs.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, or other items as assigned.
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas remain clean and organized.
Support administrative staff with routine office tasks.
