• Premises management: Open and close the office daily at specified times.
• Hygiene: Maintain strict cleanliness of desks, meeting rooms, reception area, and pantry.
• Dusting: Ensure office furniture, fixtures, and electronics are kept clean and dust-free.
• Beverage service: Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and water to office staff and guests.
• Meeting support: Arrange refreshments and snacks for corporate meetings and events.
• Pantry stock: Monitor and restock pantry items, drinking water, and cleaning supplies.
• Paperwork: Assist with internal file movements, photocopying, scanning, and printing documents.
• Deliveries: Collect and distribute daily couriers, letters, parcels, and internal mail.
• Inventory: Keep track of office stationery and notify management when supplies run low.
• Bank visits: Deposit cheques, withdraw cash, or handle other basic banking tasks.
• Market runs: Purchase local office supplies, snacks, or emergency maintenance items.
• External coordination: Drop off or pick up important packages from vendors or clients.
