Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy to support daily office operations and ensure smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

- Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

- Maintain cleanliness and basic hygiene of the office premises.

- Handle office errands and assist with routine administrative tasks.

- Deliver and collect documents, files, and other office materials.

- Assist in photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.

- Purchase and arrange office supplies as required.

- Help with setting up meeting rooms and arrangements for meetings.

- Receive and distribute courier and office parcels.

- Support staff with day-to-day office requirements.

- Ensure pantry and common areas are clean and organized.

- Perform other duties assigned by management or the concerned supervisor.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Minimum 10th pass; 12th pass preferred.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Honest, punctual, and responsible.

- Well-mannered and professional in behaviour.

- Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

- Basic knowledge of office equipment is preferred.

- Good time-management and organizational skills.

- Physically active and comfortable handling multiple routine tasks.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with previous office boy, office assistant, or housekeeping support experience will be preferred.
