Job Summary

We are hiring a smart and reliable Office Assistant / Office Boy for day-to-day office support. The role includes office work and occasional small outdoor tasks nearby (courier drop/pickup, small purchases, document delivery). We need someone punctual, active, well-mannered, and can follow instructions properly.

Responsibilities

Keep the office clean and organized; support staff with daily office tasks; handle printing/photocopy/scanning; manage basic office supplies and inform when items are low; assist in setting up office/training areas when required; receive deliveries and help with moving small cartons/materials; serve water/tea/coffee to visitors when needed; do small nearby outdoor work such as courier pickup/drop or local purchases; ensure documents/items are handled carefully and delivered correctly; follow instructions from the operations team and update task status when asked.

Requirements

10th pass or above; basic smartphone use (calls/WhatsApp); honest, disciplined, and punctual; polite and presentable; physically fit for routine office work; prior experience as office assistant/office boy/helper is a plus.
