• Handle office errands such as bank visits, courier dispatches, document collection, and other official requirements.
• Manage the movement of materials in and out of the godown/warehouse.
• Assist with loading and unloading of materials and ensure proper handling during movement.
• Assist with photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and other basic office administrative tasks.
• Monitor pantry items and office supplies and inform the concerned person when replenishment is required.
• Support the Admin/HR team during office events, celebrations, meetings, and other activities.
• Follow all office safety procedures while handling materials and performing assigned tasks.
• Maintain proper care and accountability of documents, materials, and office items handled during daily activities.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by the Admin/Accounts/Hospitality team from time to time.
