Key Responsibilities:
Maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in the office
Assisting in the delivery and collection of documents and packages
Providing support to office staff as needed (e.g., serving tea/coffee, arranging
refreshments for meetings)
Handling basic administrative tasks like filing, photocopying, and organizing office
supplies
Assisting with any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the team
Requirements:
Basic knowledge of office operations and maintenance
Good communication skills
Ability to work well in a team
Punctual and reliable
