Key Responsibilities
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to clients and staff
Maintain cleanliness of office, reception area, pantry, and meeting rooms
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document handling
Support sales and admin teams with day-to-day office activities
Handle courier deliveries and bank/post office visits if required
Arrange and maintain client meeting rooms
Monitor office supplies and pantry stock
Assist in coordinating property site visit logistics
Ensure office opens and closes properly
Welcome and guide walk-in clients politely
Requirements
Minimum education: 10th / 12th pass
Prior office assistant or office boy experience preferred
Basic reading and communication skills
Knowledge of local area/routes is an advantage
Honest, punctual, and well-mannered
