Job Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and basic organization of the office.
Serve tea, coffee, water, and refreshments to employees and visitors.
Handle office errands such as bank, courier, and document delivery.
Assist with photocopying, printing, scanning, and filing documents.
Receive and distribute office documents and parcels.
Purchase basic office supplies when required.
Support staff with day-to-day office work.
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly maintained.
Perform other general office duties assigned by management.
Requirements
10th / 12th pass or equivalent.
Freshers can apply.
Good communication and a polite attitude.
Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to handle basic office tasks.
Must be willing to work from office in Jaipur.
