Office Boy / Office Assistant

Favourite Motors Private Limited is looking for a sincere and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels as required.

• Maintain cleanliness and proper organization of office premises.

• Assist in serving tea, water, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Manage and restock office supplies and stationery.

• Support staff with routine office-related tasks.

• Ensure office equipment and facilities are maintained properly.

• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office events.

• Handle basic outdoor work such as bank visits, courier services, and document submissions.

• Report any maintenance issues and assist with minor repairs when required.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Below 10th / 10th Pass.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

• Basic understanding of office operations.

• Good time management and communication skills.

• Honest, responsible, and willing to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Salary & Benefits:

• In-hand Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month (based on experience and performance).

Location: South Bopal, Ahmedabad
Working Hours: 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM
Weekly Off: 1 Day per Week
