Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will assist with administrative tasks, office cleanliness, document handling, and general support to staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of the office, pantry, and common areas

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and basic documentation

• Assist in carrying files and documents within the office

• Support office staff with day-to-day tasks as assigned

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and courier items

• Manage pantry supplies and inform admin for refilling

• Assist during meetings and office events

• Ensure proper arrangement of office furniture and stationery
  

Requirements & Skills

• Minimum education: 10th pass (preferred)

• Basic understanding of office etiquette

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time

• Physically fit to handle office-related duties

• Polite, disciplined, and punctual

• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage
  

Working Hours

• [9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday]

Salary & Benefits

• Salary: [10,000 to 15,000 per month]

• Other benefits as per company policy

• Admin / Office Manager

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
