Office Boy – Job Description
Position: Office Boy / Office Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain cleanliness and basic arrangement of the office.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, printing, filing, and basic office errands.
Deliver and collect documents, letters, and other office materials.
Purchase stationery and other office requirements when needed.
Maintain proper records of office supplies and inform management when stocks are low.
Assist in banking, courier, and other routine outside-office tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly maintained.
Perform any other general office duties assigned by management.
Skills Required:
Basic communication and reading/writing skills.
Responsible, punctual, and well-mannered.
Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.
Basic knowledge of photocopying, printing, and scanning is preferred.
Two-wheeler/driving licence would be an advantage for outside errands.
Experience: 0–2 years preferred; freshers may also apply.
