Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to maintain office cleanliness, assist with daily office operations, and provide general support to ensure the smooth functioning of the workplace.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the office premises, pantry, and meeting rooms.

• Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.

• Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.

• Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and courier items.

• Assist in purchasing office supplies and maintaining stock.

• Ensure office stationery and pantry items are replenished.

• Support staff with basic office-related tasks as required.

• Arrange meeting rooms before and after meetings.

• Assist with loading, unloading, and moving office materials when required.

• Report any maintenance or repair issues to the administration team.

• Perform any other duties assigned by the management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 12th Pass or equivalent.

• 0–2 years of experience in a similar role.

• Freshers are welcome to apply.

Skills Required

• Basic reading and writing skills.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Punctual, honest, and responsible.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.

• Physically fit and able to perform routine office duties.
