The Peon provides basic office support by assisting staff with daily tasks, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth office operations.
Deliver files, documents, and messages within the office
Assist in opening and closing the office
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (work areas, pantry, etc.)
Serve water, tea, or refreshments to staff and visitors
Help with photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Run office errands such as bank visits or postal work (if required)
Support staff during meetings and office activities
Follow instructions given by supervisors
Basic reading and writing skills
Ability to follow instructions
Punctual, honest, and disciplined
Physically fit to handle daily tasks
Polite and helpful attitude
