We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Peon to support the daily operations of the office. The candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving tea, coffee, and refreshments to managers, staff, and visitors. Duties include maintaining cleanliness of office premises, pantry, meeting rooms, and workstations, handling office cleaning tasks, and ensuring hygiene standards are maintained. The Peon will assist the Manager with daily administrative tasks such as delivering documents, photocopying, filing, arranging meeting rooms, purchasing office supplies, and running office-related errands. The role also includes opening and closing the office, monitoring pantry stock, and reporting maintenance issues when required. The candidate should be punctual, honest, well-mannered, and able to follow instructions efficiently. This position offers a fixed salary plus performance-based incentives based on attendance, work quality, and overall contribution to smooth office operations.
