Job Summary:

The Office Boy will be responsible for assisting in day-to-day office activities, maintaining cleanliness, handling documents, and providing general support to staff to ensure smooth office operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, including workstations and pantry

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Deliver and collect files, documents, and couriers within and outside the office

• Assist in arranging meetings and setting up conference rooms

• Support office staff in routine administrative tasks

• Ensure pantry supplies are stocked and properly maintained

• Open and close office premises as instructed

• Any other work assigned by management or admin department from time to time

Requirements & Skills:

• Basic literacy (reading and writing)

• Polite, disciplined, and punctual

• Physically fit to perform daily office duties

• Ability to follow instructions and office rules

• Prior experience as Office Boy is preferred (but not mandatory)

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 1 - 4 years of experience.
