Key Responsibilities:
Office Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, including desks, common areas, meeting rooms, restrooms, and pantry/kitchen spaces through dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
Dispose of trash, waste, and other disposable materials appropriately.
Ensure pantry and kitchen areas are well-stocked and organized, including monitoring and replenishing supplies like stationery, toiletries, and kitchen items.
Administrative Support:
Assist with basic clerical tasks such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing electronic and paper files.
Collect, distribute, and coordinate incoming and outgoing mail, packages, and courier services.
Run errands, including purchasing office supplies, delivering documents, or making bank deposits.
Logistical Support:
Set up meeting rooms by arranging furniture, audio-visual equipment, and refreshments for meetings or events.
Serve tea, coffee, or refreshments to staff and visitors as needed.
Assist in coordinating office events or functions, including setting up decorations or arranging catering.
General Support:
Greet and direct visitors or clients professionally.
Report maintenance or repair issues to the appropriate department or supervisor.
Assist staff with minor administrative tasks or special projects as requested.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; on-the-job training may be provided.
Skills:
Basic communication and interpersonal skills to interact with staff and visitors.
Organizational and time-management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Basic computer skills (e.g., email, document handling) are an advantage.
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic.
Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs.) and perform physical tasks as needed.
