Job Summary:
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to maintain cleanliness, assist with daily office tasks, and support staff with basic operational needs. The ideal candidate should be responsible, punctual, and able to handle multiple duties efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Ensure cleanliness of office premises, including dusting, sweeping, and mopping
Maintain hygiene in workspaces, pantry, and common areas
Handle cleaning and upkeep of office furniture, equipment, and fixtures
Assist in organizing office supplies and keeping inventory updated
Manage outdoor tasks such as delivering documents, banking work, and other errands
Support staff with basic administrative tasks as required
Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain cleanliness standards
Monitor and report any maintenance or repair needs
Requirements:
Basic understanding of office maintenance and cleaning practices
Ability to prepare beverages (tea/coffee) efficiently
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks
Honest, dependable, and punctual
Good attitude and willingness to help
Prior experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory
