Keep the office, reception, meeting rooms, and pantry clean and organized.
Maintain cleanliness of desks, floors, furniture, washrooms, and common areas.
Ensure adequate stock of cleaning supplies and report when replenishment is needed.
Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff, visitors, and management.
Set up meeting rooms before and after meetings (water, cups, cleaning, etc.).
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the pantry.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and organizing documents as instructed.
Assist with basic clerical work when required.
Ensure proper distribution of documents within departments.
Collect, deliver, and receive couriers, parcels, and other documents.
Visit banks, post offices, suppliers, or customers for routine tasks when required.
Maintain a log of all incoming and outgoing documents/couriers.
Assist staff and management with small daily operational tasks.
Ensure office premises are opened/closed on time if assigned.
Arrange drinking water, stationery, and other supplies in respective areas.
Follow company safety rules, especially in manufacturing/warehouse areas.
Wear required safety gear when entering shop floor or restricted areas.
Report any maintenance issues or hazards immediately.
Minimum 10th / 12th Pass.
0–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Basic communication skills (Hindi/English as required).
Good personal hygiene and discipline.
Physically fit and punctual.
Ability to handle tasks responsibly and maintain confidentiality.
