Key Responsibilities:
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Maintain cleanliness of office premises (desks, pantry, meeting rooms)
Handle incoming and outgoing documents, files, and courier deliveries
Run office errands (bank work, post office, purchases, etc.)
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents
Ensure pantry items and office supplies are stocked
Support administrative staff as needed
Open and close the office (if required)
Requirements:
Basic literacy (ability to read and write)
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory
Good hygiene and neat appearance
Polite behavior and helpful attitude
Ability to follow instructions and multitask
