Office Boy

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Stock Assistant to manage inventory and daily operations at our office. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual who can handle stock accurately and support our team during special events. Religion: Preference for a candidate of Hindu faith (as requested for cultural alignment during specific events).

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inventory Management: Organizing, counting, and maintaining accurate records of all incoming and outgoing stock.

• Documentation: Basic reading and writing tasks; must be able to read small amounts of English for labels and delivery notes.

• Daily Operations: Ensuring the storage area is clean and products are easily accessible.

• Event Support: Assisting with stock requirements during company events; extra pay will be provided for any additional hours worked during these times.

• Driving (Optional): If you have a valid driving license and can drive, it will be considered a significant advantage for local deliveries or stock movement.

• Quality Control & Packing: Inspecting items for damage before securely packing them according to company standards (using bubble wrap, specific boxes, etc.).

• Shipping Documentation: Generating shipping labels, packing slips, and manifests using your dispatch software.

WORKING HOURS & BENEFITS

• Office Timings: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

• Weekly Off: Fixed Sunday off.

• Holidays: Fixed Government holidays provided.

• Special Pay: Additional compensation for working during company events.

ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

• Education: Minimum 12th Grade (Higher Secondary) pass.

• Age: Must be 18 years to 35

• Language: Should have basic English reading skills.

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
