Deliver and collect documents, files, and parcels within and outside the office.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents as required.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of office premises, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Handle office errands such as banking work, courier dispatch/collection, and purchasing office supplies.
Support administrative staff in routine office tasks.
Ensure proper storage and handling of office materials and supplies.
Open and close the office premises as per working hours (if required).
Assist during meetings, events, and office functions.
Requirements:
Minimum education: 10th pass (or equivalent).
Prior experience in a similar role preferred but not mandatory.
Basic understanding of office procedures.
Physically fit and able to perform manual tasks.
Honest, punctual, and reliable.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
