Job Title: Peon cum Office Boy

Job Location: Park Street, Kolkata

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and energetic Peon cum Office Boy to join our team, office located at Park Street, Kolkata. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing various administrative, support, and maintenance tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the office.

Responsibilities:-

✅️ Deliver and collect files, documents, and mail within the office and to external locations in and around Park Street, Kolkata

✅ ️Maintain office cleanliness, including dusting, sweeping, and arranging furniture

️✅ Assist with photocopying, scanning, and printing tasks

✅ Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors

✅ Run errands, purchase office supplies, and perform tasks as assigned by supervisors

✅ Maintain confidentiality of office matters

Requirements:

🔴 10th pass or equivalent

⚫️ 6 months of experience as a Peon or similar role (freshers may be considered)

⚫️ Good communication skills [ Regional language বাংলা and हिन्दी]

⚫️ Physically fit and able to perform tasks requiring mobility

⚫️ candidate should be nearby locations from Park Street Kolkata area preferred

Salary: ₹10,000 per month

Working Hours: 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (6 days work)
