We are seeking a dynamic and versatile Marketing & Operations Assistant with a solid foundation in marketing and a willingness to perform various tasks to support factory operations in Bankura .

· An all-rounder with both marketing activities and essential factory tasks.

· Travel to companies’ factory in Bankura as and when required.

· Saty in the factory, if required..

Responsibilities:

· Factory Operations:

o Coordinate daily Office and factory activities to ensure smooth operations.

o Support factory supervisors in day-to-day administrative tasks.

· General Duties:

o Act as a link between the factory and the Kolkata Head Office, o Take on any additional tasks required to support the team, from assisting in production processes to setting up the machines.

o Provide regular updates on factory performance and marketing activities.

· Qualifications:

o Minimum high school diploma; further education or marketing certifications are a plus.

o Strong multitasking ability with a proactive attitude and willingness to perform varied roles.

o Good communication skills in both Bengali and Hindi.
