Job Title: Office Boy / Office Girl
Job Summary
We are looking for a sincere, responsible, and well-organized Office Boy/Girl to support the smooth day-to-day operations of our office. The ideal candidate should be punctual, courteous, and committed to maintaining a clean and professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and other basic office tasks.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies as required.
Manage pantry supplies and ensure availability of refreshments.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms and serving guests during meetings.
Run office-related errands such as banking, courier, or local purchases when required.
Support administrative staff with miscellaneous office duties.
Ensure office equipment and common areas are kept clean and orderly.
