Job వివరణ

· Ensure office premises (workstations, pantry, washrooms) are clean and well-maintained

· Dusting, and basic upkeep of office furniture and equipment and maintaining hygiene standards

· Prepare and serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests

· Maintain pantry stock (tea, coffee, sugar, water, etc.)

· Ensure cleanliness of pantry utensils and appliances

· Support staff with small tasks such as photocopying, printing, scanning

· Handle and distribute internal documents and parcels

· Visit banks, courier offices, or vendors as required

· Deliver or collect documents/packages from external locations

· Serve refreshments to guests and maintain hospitality standards

· Perform any other task assigned by management

Requirements:

· Basic education (10th pass preferred)

· Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage

· Basic understanding of hygiene and cleanliness

· Ability to follow instructions and multitask

· Polite, honest, and responsible attitude
