Maintain cleanliness of offices, meeting rooms, pantry, and common areas
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors
Assist with photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery
Handle incoming and outgoing mail, parcels, and couriers
Refill office supplies (paper, stationery, pantry items, etc.)
Set up meeting rooms before and after use
Run small errands inside and outside the office as required
Support administrative staff with basic tasks when needed
Follow safety, hygiene, and workplace procedures
