Maintain cleanliness of office premises, workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
Handle photocopying, scanning, filing, and document distribution.
Deliver and collect documents, parcels, and office supplies.
Assist in setting up meeting rooms before meetings.
Monitor and replenish pantry and office stationery supplies.
Dispose of waste and maintain hygiene standards.
Support administrative staff with general office tasks.
Perform banking, courier, and other outdoor errands when required.
Report maintenance issues to the administration department.
Carry out any other duties assigned by the supervisor.
