About the Role

We are looking for a reliable, responsible, and hardworking Office Boy / Office Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of our office. The candidate will be responsible for maintaining basic office arrangements, assisting employees, handling office errands, and ensuring the workplace remains clean and organized.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and basic arrangements of the office.

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors when required.

• Handle office-related errands such as banking, courier, document delivery, and purchasing stationery.

• Photocopy, scan, print, and organize documents.

• Assist the HR and administrative team with routine office work.

• Receive and distribute documents, parcels, and courier items.

• Purchase office supplies and other required items as instructed.

• Help with basic filing and document movement.

• Ensure meeting rooms and common areas are properly arranged.

• Assist visitors and provide basic support when required.

• Perform other office-related duties assigned by management.

Requirements

• Minimum qualification: 10th Pass / 12th Pass.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic understanding of office work.

• Should be punctual, disciplined, and trustworthy.

• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks on time.

• Should be physically fit and comfortable handling outdoor errands.

• A valid two-wheeler driving licence will be an advantage.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of reading and writing in Odia/Hindi/English.

• Basic computer knowledge is an advantage.

• Good attitude and willingness to learn.

• Ability to work independently as well as with a team.
