Job Title: Office Boy / Office Assistant

Job Summary

The Office Boy supports daily office operations by maintaining office hygiene, assisting staff, handling courier activities, and carrying out basic bank-related work to ensure smooth functioning of the office.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness of office premises, pantry, and common areas

• Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors

• Handle courier-related work: booking, tracking, receiving, and dispatch

• Carry out bank-related work such as cheque deposits, cash deposits/withdrawals, and document submission

• Assist in photocopying, scanning, filing, and document movement

• Deliver and collect documents within and outside the office

• Monitor pantry and office supplies and inform admin for replenishment

• Support admin and office staff with routine tasks

• Perform any other duties assigned by management

Requirements

• Minimum education: 8th / 10th pass preferred

• Basic knowledge of courier and bank procedures

• Trustworthy, punctual, and disciplined

• Physically fit and willing to travel locally

• Prior experience as Office Boy / Office Assistant preferred

Working Hours

• 9.30AM - 7.00PM

• It is a Full Time ప్యూన్ job for candidates with 6 months - 5 years of experience.
