Office Boy / Office Assistant
Job Summary
An Office Boy is responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the office, assisting staff with basic tasks, handling refreshments, and supporting daily administrative activities to ensure smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the office premises.
Serve tea, coffee, and water to staff and visitors.
Assist in photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
Handle courier, parcels, and document delivery.
Purchase office supplies and groceries when required.
Support administrative staff with basic office tasks.
Ensure meeting rooms are clean and prepared before meetings.
Dispose of waste and keep the office environment tidy.
Assist in opening and closing office activities if required
